All of our products can be ordered online and shipped to all 50 states and many countries. U.S. HempCo products are grown in colorful Colorado under the Colorado Department of Agriculture and are USDA Organic Certified. All products meet or are under the legal limit of 0.3% Delta 9 THC. The 2018 Farm Bill defines the term 'hemp', U.S. HempCo products are 'hemp'. Although the 2018 USDA Farm Bill made hemp federally legal, it is possible to fail a THC urine analysis with the use of this product.
